Darlink is an online platform that facilitates real estate transactions between private individuals. We are not a licensed real estate agent or intermediary. We provide digital tools and services that help users list, promote, and manage their property sale or rental.

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish.

  • You confirm that you have the legal right to sell or rent the property you list.

  • Misuse of the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

  • You may not impersonate another individual or business.

3. Listing & Publication

  • All listings must be submitted for approval and are subject to manual review.
  • We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates laws, platform policies, or public decency.
  • Submitting a listing does not guarantee publication or visibility.

4. Paid Packages and Add-Ons under Terms and Conditions Darlink

  • All purchases are one-time, upfront payments.

  • Services are non-refundable once delivered or activated.

  • All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Any delay in service delivery caused by the user (e.g. missing documents) does not entitle the user to a refund.

  • Darlink operates on a package-based pricing model and does not charge transaction-based commissions through the platform.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Some services (such as property valuation, photography, or legal services) are provided by independent third parties.

  • Darlink is not responsible for any errors, delays, damages, or disputes arising from third-party services.

  • Certain services may be coordinated through the Darlink platform. If a service provider fails to deliver the agreed service, the provider will not be paid and the user may be eligible for a refund, provided the issue is reported within a reasonable timeframe and before payment is released.

6. No Guarantee of Results

  • Darlink does not guarantee that any property will be sold, rented, or viewed.

  • Users remain responsible for managing communications, negotiations, and agreements with other parties.

7.Limitation of Liability

Darlink is not liable for:

  • Missed opportunities or unsuccessful transactions

  • Loss of data or content

  • Misuse of listings by third parties

  • Any financial, personal, or legal damages arising from the use of the platform

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services on the platform.

8. Platform Access & Availability

  • Darlink aims to provide continuous access to the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

  • Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may affect platform performance.

9. Termination & Suspension

  • Darlink may suspend or terminate user accounts if:

    • These Terms and Conditions are violated

    • False or misleading information is provided

    • Suspicious or harmful activity is detected

    No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Privacy & Data Use

  • All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data.

11. Changes to Terms

Darlink reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Users are responsible for reviewing updates.
