Yes. You can list your property independently or collaborate with one of our verified partners.

Either way, you keep control of your listing, price, and negotiations.

Not mandatory, but strongly recommended.

A verified valuation adds credibility and attracts serious buyers faster. You can request one directly through our platform.

They can schedule viewings securely through your listing. You decide with whom you wanna share your contact information and when to respond, accept bids, or arrange viewings — no one in the middle.

If your listing is about to expire but you’re not ready to remove it, just send us an email a week before the end date with your listing ID and how much extra time you need. We’ll review it and send you a custom extension link, simple and flexible.

To keep things secure and reduce no-shows, every buyer pays a 10 MAD verification fee before they can book a viewing. This small step helps us filter out spam and ensures you’re only contacted by serious, verified leads.

You can remove your listing at any time unless you’ve signed contracts with a third party (e.g. photographer ,valuation expert or with a potential buyer…).

Darlink charges no ongoing fees.

Yes! You can reach our team via email, WhatsApp, or through the contact form — we usually respond within 24 hours.

Darlink uses transparent bidding. Buyers can make, counter, or update offers in real time — all visible to the seller for fair and open negotiation.

To keep Darlink transparent and trustworthy, we review every listing before it’s published. This includes verifying your proof of ownership (kadaster extract) and your ID, so buyers know each listing is real and secure. Approval usually takes less than 24 hours.

Yes. If you change your mind or your situation changes, you can delete or pause your listing anytime, even if you’ve already received bids or messages (as long as you did not sign any binding contracts) You stay in full control of your property at every step.

Notice that pausing your listing has a maximum period of 30 days if you choose for Basic Plan or Comfort Plan and 90 days if you have a premium plan, after that you will have to choose to go live again or delete your listing.

It’s important to update your listing status once your property is sold or rented. If you don’t, people may still book and pay a verification fee for a viewing, expecting the property to be available, which leads to confusion and wasted time for everyone. You can easily mark your property as “Sold”or “Rented” in your dashboard, and we recommend doing this as soon as your deal is confirmed.
