About Darlink &#8211; Terms and Conditions Darlink<\/h3><p>Darlink is an online platform that facilitates real estate transactions between private individuals. We are not a licensed real estate agent or intermediary. We provide digital tools and services that help users list, promote, and manage their property sale or rental.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. User Responsibilities &#8211; Terms and Conditions Darlink<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><p>You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish.<\/p><\/li><li><p>You confirm that you have the legal right to sell or rent the property you list.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Misuse of the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.<\/p><\/li><li><p>You may not impersonate another individual or business.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Listing &amp; Publication<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All listings must be submitted for approval and are subject to manual review.<\/li><li>We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates laws, platform policies, or public decency.<\/li><li>Submitting a listing does not guarantee publication or visibility.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Paid Packages and Add-Ons under Terms and Conditions Darlink<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><p>All purchases are one-time, upfront payments.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Services are non-refundable once delivered or activated.<\/p><\/li><li><p>All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Any delay in service delivery caused by the user (e.g. missing documents) does not entitle the user to a refund.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Darlink operates on a package-based pricing model and does not charge transaction-based commissions through the platform.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Third-Party Services<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><p>Some services (such as property valuation, photography, or legal services) are provided by independent third parties.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Darlink is not responsible for any errors, delays, damages, or disputes arising from third-party services.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Certain services may be coordinated through the Darlink platform. If a service provider fails to deliver the agreed service, the provider will not be paid and the user may be eligible for a refund, provided the issue is reported within a reasonable timeframe and before payment is released.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. No Guarantee of Results<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><p>Darlink does not guarantee that any property will be sold, rented, or viewed.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Users remain responsible for managing communications, negotiations, and agreements with other parties.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.Limitation of Liability<\/h3><p>Darlink is not liable for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Missed opportunities or unsuccessful transactions<\/p><\/li><li><p>Loss of data or content<\/p><\/li><li><p>Misuse of listings by third parties<\/p><\/li><li><p>Any financial, personal, or legal damages arising from the use of the platform<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services on the platform.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Platform Access &amp; Availability<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><p>Darlink aims to provide continuous access to the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may affect platform performance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Termination &amp; Suspension<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><p>Darlink may suspend or terminate user accounts if:<\/p><ul><li><p>These Terms and Conditions are violated<\/p><\/li><li><p>False or misleading information is provided<\/p><\/li><li><p>Suspicious or harmful activity is detected<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>No refunds will be issued in such cases.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
